It's a shame and has now kept both my husband and i away from their establishment although we live with in 15 minutes of it. They don't value the individual even after years of my patronage. However, both their promitions clerk and manager refused to hold the certificate for me even though i spend my time there often and feel i was due the certificate to a cruise based on my play. i also frequently attend their concerts, restaurants and shops. They didnt care that i am retired and travel often I m explained that I am a frequent player at their casino etc.
They said it was because it had been done for me in two past years before.
They refused to hold it for 1 week until i got back home. Recently i couldnt attend a cruise giveaway they offered me because i was out of country at the time. I've been to Pechangas Casino several times a month for years but they dont seem to care.
