Great smile, great standards - immaculate attention to detail.
More importantly, the staff throughout this hotel are exceptional, nothing was too much trouble! I had my birthday during my stay, and Rosalene the housekeeper decorated my room. Our room was lovely, with aircon & refit bathroom. Good 3*+ hotel with recent refurbishment.
